With magnification ranging from 1.2x to 64x and 28 different sizes to choose from, you can easily adjust to fit your vision needs. Zoom effortlessly using keyboard shortcuts, mouse wheel, or on-screen controls.
Never Lose Sight of the Action!
Automatic tracking keeps you focused, ensuring you never miss a step. Whether typing, moving the mouse, or switching between tabs, the magnifier follows your actions so you can always see what you’re doing without interruption.
Smooth Panning
For those who find mouse navigation challenging, smooth panning provides a gentle way to move the magnifier across the screen. Simple keystrokes slide the view in any direction. Increase speed with repeated presses, and stop instantly by releasing the keys.
High Visibility Mouse Pointers
Make your mouse pointer stand out without blocking important text. Choose from four color schemes or create your own, and adjust pointer size independently of the magnification level. With over 200 pointer styles to choose from, your cursor will never get in the way of your work.
Highlight Mouse, Cursor, Word, and More
Quickly locate your position on the screen with vibrant highlights for your mouse pointer, cursor, word, or even the line of text you’re reading. Perfect for staying on track or for instructors working with students, highlights can be turned on or off with just a click or hotkey.
8 Magnifier Views
Choose from 8 different magnification views for better document and app navigation. Options include full screen, split screen (top, bottom, left, or right magnified), a fixed window, or a movable magnifying glass, so you can keep track of your work and maintain context.
Control the Magnifier with Simple Keystrokes
Easily jump to the edges, corners, or center of your screen with shortcut keys. You can save and restore specific magnified positions, or set up hooked areas for important sections like clocks or word counts. A simple hotkey allows you to hide or display these areas as needed.
24 Color Settings
With 24 customizable color schemes designed to reduce eye strain, you can adjust the display to your preferences. Modify brightness, contrast, and color tint, or even replace colors for better visibility, all while preserving the original document colors for printing.
Make Your Own Highlighting Scheme
Create personalized highlight settings to focus on specific areas of your screen. Select shapes, colors, tints, transparency levels, and more, ensuring your work stands out exactly how you want it.
Hooked Areas
SuperNova allows you to create and save multiple hooked areas for different applications, giving you the flexibility to monitor key information as you work. Keep an eye on your word count, formula bar, or even the clock—always have the most useful data in view!
Doc Reader
Doc Reader transforms your documents and web pages into an easy-to-read format by reflowing the content in a dedicated window. SuperNova allows you to customize the font, colors, and line length to suit your preferences. Perfect for decluttering complex documents, simply press play to have the text read aloud, with each sentence highlighted as it’s spoken.
Line View
Line View offers a distraction-free reading experience by smoothly scrolling documents and web pages across a single line. Customize the font, colors, and scrolling speed to match your vision preferences. You can easily pause or resume scrolling by pressing the space bar, and use the arrow keys to fast forward or rewind through the content.
Margin Release
Margin Release helps individuals with restricted peripheral vision by displaying how close the magnifier is to the edge of the actual screen. It allows you to keep the mouse pointer within the central area of your monitor by adding extra space around the original display. A strong contrast change visually alerts you when the mouse pointer is nearing the screen’s edge.
Tablets and Touchscreen Access with SuperNova
SuperNova makes tablet and touchscreen access effortless:
- Use 1 finger to pan SuperNova’s magnifier around documents and apps
- Use 2 fingers to pinch and stretch, changing the amount of magnification in any app
- Use 3 fingers to tap and change the colors and find more magnifier options
SuperNova also includes a high contrast, large print onscreen keyboard that fits the screen width, allowing you to easily see what you’re typing.
Get More Done with Multiple Monitors
Magnify on one, two, or as many displays as needed. Multi-task with each magnified document on separate screens; project presentations at their original size to sighted audiences while keeping speaker notes magnified on your laptop. Work closely with a trainer or colleague who can follow a clone of your display at regular size.
Side by Side
Side by Side works with the Windows Extended Desktop to show each application magnified on a separate screen, so you never run out of desktop space. Designed for magnification users who need to keep track of simultaneous tasks, you can keep an eye on incoming messages on one monitor, prepare documents on a second, and have a web browser or spreadsheet open on a third. The number of monitors and which applications go where is entirely up to you. Each application is tracked separately, ensuring you never lose your place.
Mouse Buffer
Mouse Buffer ensures you don’t lose your pointer when using applications Side by Side. SuperNova’s unique mouse buffer means the pointer only moves to a different screen when you insist. Switch monitors with a hotkey, or set your own resistance level to determine how hard you have to push the pointer against the edge to move it to the next screen. Magnified slide notes on a laptop can project unmagnified slides via a beamer to a white screen.
Clone
Cloning options are available for a variety of teaching, training, or collaboration scenarios. Clone with Standard view shows an unmagnified copy of any application on a second screen so one user with partial sight can work seamlessly with another who has full sight. Clone also magnifies the same content on multiple screens so several colleagues with partial sight can collaborate on the same application.
Span
Span simulates having one huge screen stretching your application across several monitors. This is ideal for working on large projects that require an extended workspace without switching between windows.
Presentation Mode
Presentation Mode is designed for Microsoft PowerPoint. It allows you to have your speaker notes magnified on your laptop while your sighted audience sees your slides in their original size via a projector or large screen, just as you intended.
